Remote Support

We are now able to offer a remote support option provided that the computer that you are using is connected to the internet.

To access this personal support,

  1. Download the remote access application -- just click on the image above.
    (Be sure to note where you have saved the download! Wink )
  2. Call BlessIT.org to arrange a suitable time for support.
  3. Before support time, run the Team Viewer application.
  4. Provide support operator with the I.D. number and the password.
  5. When support call is complete simply EXIT TeamViewer and you are on you own.

NOTE: The TeamViewer application does not install on your computer and must be run each time you require support.
