We are now able to offer a remote support option provided that the computer that you are using is connected to the internet.
To access this personal support,
- Download the remote access application -- just click on the image above.
(Be sure to note where you have saved the download!
)
- Call BlessIT.org to arrange a suitable time for support.
- Before support time, run the Team Viewer application.
- Provide support operator with the I.D. number and the password.
- When support call is complete simply EXIT TeamViewer and you are on you own.
NOTE: The TeamViewer application does not install on your computer and must be run each time you require support.
